E3 2018: Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Story DLC Revealed and Dated

One of the big games for Nintendo last year on the Switch was Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Developed by Monolith Soft, the game brought a grand RPG experience and very deep characters to enjoy as you progressed through the story. The game has sold over a million units on the Switch, and Nintendo stated that the game would be getting a lot of DLC, including a story DLC that was officially revealed today.

The DLC is called Torna – The Golden Country, and takes players back into the past to the first Aegis War, where Mythra and Adam had to team up with their friends to take down Malos. While we did get a glimpse of this in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, the full story wasn’t told, and this DLC seems to be going full stop into that.

The DLC will let us play as the characters from the past, and go to older versions of certain locations, including the country of Torna, which was destroyed by the time the main game started.

Torna – The Golden Country will arrive on September 14th, you can view the trailer for it below. You can also check out our review of the main game here.
