E3 2018: Square Enix Has A $230 Kingdom Hearts III Special Edition For Sale

By Keith MitchellJune 11, 2018
Kingdom Hearts III Deluxe Collectors Edition

If you thought the wait for Kingdom Hearts III was ridiculous, you ain’t see nothing yet. Now that we have an official release date for the game, Square Enix has already announced two collectors editions of the game. The first is your average run of the mill collectors edition, priced at $80 dollars. That’s not the one you want. No, the big daddy collectors edition itself, the deluxe edition is the one you’re going to want.

Priced at $230 dollars, yes you read that correctly, this edition nets you a ton of cool stuff. What kind of cool stuff, you ask? How about an art book, steel book case, a collectible pin, and three exclusive Bring Arts figures (Donald, Goofy, and Sora) that you can’t get anywhere else. And yes, it also includes a copy of the game, unlike some other overpriced collectors editions. You know the ones I’m referring to.

The deluxe edition is available for pre-order on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. At that price, you’d expect it not sell out quickly. But in my experience, I’ve seen highly priced collectors edition sell out pretty fast. This is Kingdom’s Hearts III, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens with this as well.

Kingdom Hearts III will finally be released on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019. Yes, it’s actually happening!
