Bioware Is Preparing To Drop A New Trailer For Anthem During EA Play

By Keith MitchellJune 1, 2018
Anthem

Ah, Anthem. Bioware’s next title that has us all envisioning strapping into suits of destruction, as we explore a hostile sci-fi world. Ever since I hear about it at E3 2018, I was hyped for it. While the title has been delayed until 2019, with this year’s E3 right around the corner. EA and Bioware want to start the hype train for Anthem.

As such they’ve dropped a new teaser for the upcoming trailer that’s set to be dropped on June 9th, 2018. Apparently, something is out there that wants to destroy us all. I say bring it on!

Now, I don’t know about you but this is giving me the same vibe that I got from Bungie’s and Activision’s Destiny. If if they’re going for that, then great. Please for the love of gamers everywhere, make it fun and give it an amazing story.

Ahem, sorry about that. Back to Anthem. Now, if you haven’t noticed by now. June 9th is also the very same date that EA Play, which is a 3-day event that is happening prior to E3 2018. For those three days, EA will be talking about and showing off as much as they can for their upcoming titles. Which of course means we’ll see and hear more about Anthem. Now, I don’t know about you but I can’t wait.

Apparently neither can Bioware’s general manager Casey Hudson. He can’t wait to get this game shown off. Especially since he’s stated that Bioware is “trying something really different”. If he’s excited, hopefully, that’s good news for everyone else.

I don’t know what’s beyond the wall, but I can’t wait until we’re all about to find out for ourselves. Anthem will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, when it releases in early 2019.

Are you looking forward to Anthem? Let us know in the comments!
