Is There Something Planned For The Surge This Week

By Keith MitchellOctober 9, 2017
The Surge

The Surge

Last week, a message was posted on The Surge Facebook page. That message stated that there’s something coming this week. That surprise could very well be more information on the upcoming DLC “A Walk in the Park”. At least, I hope it is.

During E3 2017, we sat down with Tim Schwank of Deck 13. It was then that we broke the news that DLC was, in fact, coming for The Surge. Sadly, we weren’t able to get a date outside of later this year. Shortly afterward the name of the DLC was announced, with still no solid release date.

But now we’re hearing that something is happening this week. We’re hoping that this is going to an announcement on when we can expect the DLC. Even better would be the DLC being released this week. I’ve got my fingers crossed!

The Surge is an action-RPG that takes place in a futuristic and industrial area. Where you’re the only chance of stopping the end of mankind. Check out our review of the title here. The game is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game also supports PS4 Pro enhancement and will also an Xbox One X enhanced title.
