What Remains of Edith Finch Heads To Xbox One

By Keith MitchellJuly 12, 2017

A title that was previously available on PC and PlayStation 4, What Remains of Edith Finch, is heading to the Xbox One. According to Giant Sparrow, the team behind the title, Xbox gamers will finally be able to experience the title on July 19th, 2017. There hasn’t been any mention if there would be any changes to the game, or any enhancements.  The title will be available via the Xbox Live store and will be priced at $20.

What Remains of Edith Finch tells the story of the fairly unfortunate Finch family. You play as Edith, who happens to be the last surviving member of the family, as your explore your family’s unique and peculiar home. What makes this title stand out is that the game is played out via several short stories. Each of which serves to evoke several emotions such as you become attached to your in-game character. That said, the game is still a “walking simulator” as it’s called, but we enjoyed it in our PlayStation 4 review.

However, if you enjoy exploration and some great storytelling, What Remains of Edith Finch, may be right up your alley.
