At the Nintendo E3 Spotlight, Nintendo revealed that the second DLC pack for Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will be called Champions Ballad, and is a call to the song Kass sings in the game.
As you’ll see in the trailer below, it shows off Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Nabooru…and even Zelda. This seems to indicate (based on the fact they’re shown with weapons) that they will be playable in the game. Or even become partners for you in your journey, it’s unclear at present.
What isn’t unclear is that each of the Champions will be getting their own Amiibo, and will have special functions in the game.
Breath of the Wild DLC Pack 2 Champions Ballad is coming this Holiday season.
