In a surprise announcement earlier today, 2K Sports revealed the latest golf game from HB Studios. PGA TOUR 2K25 featuring the franchise debut of the PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and The Open. Six-time PGA TOUR winner Max Homa makes his series debut, joining 2K sponsored athlete Matt Fitzpatrick, alongside PGA TOUR 2K Executive Director and all-time sports great, Tiger Woods, on the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. Woods will also be featured on the Legend Edition.
While I may not be able to play a round of golf in real life due to my disability. I have always been a fan of golf and the video games depicting it. Tiger Woods has attached his name to some of the greatest virtual representations of the sport, with him once again being a cover star for PGA TOUR 2K25. I’m excited to see if this latest round of virtual golf will be the best one yet. Here’s what 2K had to say:

If you are like me then you probably enjoy a good career mode in these sports games. Well, in PGA TOUR 2K25 players have the option to play through what 2K is calling “the most immersive and customizable MyCAREER experience ever…” It remains to be seen if the quality of this career mode can live up to the billing.
Luckily, golf fans don’t have long to wait until tee time as PGA TOUR 2K25 Standard Edition will be available worldwide on Friday, February 28, 2025. Players who pre-order PGA TOUR 2K25 Deluxe Edition and PGA TOUR 2K25 Legend Edition are entitled to up to seven days of Early Access beginning on Friday, February 21, 2025. PGA TOUR 2K25 will be available for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 (PS5), and Steam.
