Fatal Fury City of The Wolves Deluxe Edition Revealed

By Kevin KellyJanuary 19, 2025
Fatal Fury City of the Wolves Deluxe Edition

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves preorders started yesterday with details about what to expect.  The 26-year wait is about to be over with the new title still forthcoming in April. The long-awaited sequel to Mark of The Wolves is closer at hand. Along with it comes the Deluxe edition information on what to expect for the asking price of $79.99:

  • Base Game
  • Season Pass 1
  • SteelBook
  • 2-Disc Soundtrack
  • 100+Page Artbook
  • Collector’s Box
  • 2 Stickers
  • Poster

The bad news is that the physical deluxe edition seems to be only available for the PlayStation 5. The physical standard for PlayStation 4 / 5 and X-Box Series X | S editions still comes with the Season 1 pass, which allows players to grab Street Fighter’s Ken and Chun-Li when they’re out, as well as three additional characters.
SNK’s been pretty good with the special editions, so hopefully, there might be a way to acquire the art book and soundtrack alone. The stickers themselves look as if they are covering 12 games from the Fatal Fury series. The timing of the announcement comes at the heels of Mai Shiranui’s gameplay trailer, from Capcom for Street Fighter 6, last week. Both companies seem to be working in tandem to promote Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves and the celebration of Fatal Fury as a series.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves release date is April 24, 2025, for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
