World of Warcraft: The War Within’s first major content update was unveiled during the 30th anniversary stream. Patch 11.1 will be called The War Within: Undermined and will take us to the Goblin trade capital of The Undermine.
Here is a quick rundown of what to expect in Patch 11.1:
- New Zone: The Undermine
- Pick one of the four Goblin cartels to align with
- D.R.I.V.E. System – a new customizable ground mount usable only in Undermine. Speed is 440 yards per second and you can change things like grip, drifting ability, and more.
- Two New Delves
- New Raid: Liberation of Undermine – An 8-boss raid that culminates in a fight with Gallywix
- New Dungeon: Operation Floodgate – This dungeon will be a part of the Mythic+ Season 2 rotation. In addition, The Motherlode dungeon from Battle for Azeroth will be a part of the rotation as well
- New Arena Map: Undermine
2025 Roadmap
11.1 looks to come out at the tail end of Winter / beginning of Spring.
Patch 11.0.7: Siren Isle is slated to release on December 17 and will feature the new zone The Siren Isle along with a new ring that players can elevate to item level 639.
