The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim Gets New BTS Trailer

By Todd BlackNovember 25, 2024
The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim

There was a time when going to see The Lord of the Rings in theaters was a major event, as each of the original trilogy came out around one year after the one before. It was a great time, and I still have fond memories of seeing it in theaters. The Hobbit Trilogy was fine, but it shouldn’t have been three movies, and if you haven’t seen “The Rings of Power,” you might feel that there are no more stories left to tell. However, The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim will hopefully change that perspective.

The anime-style film will tell the tale of Helm Hammerhand, whom Helm’s Deep is named after. He causes a war with another tribe, and its up to his daughter, Hera, to save everyone. A new behind-the-scenes look into the film showcases the star-studded cast, alongside new shots of the film. You can watch it below.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim arrives in theaters on December 13th.
