Monolith Soft Posts Special Video Chronicling 25-Year History

By Todd BlackOctober 1, 2024
Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Monolith Soft

It’s always important to celebrate key anniversaries, especially when those anniversaries happen in a gaming industry where a lot of “happy news” doesn’t seem to come around that often. Monolith Soft is one of my favorite developers because it created the Xenoblade Chronicles franchise, which is one of my favorite RPG series currently. Some of you might have even been with them during the Xenogears saga, which was another fan-favorite series. Either way, they’ve been around a while, and they decided to celebrate its 25th anniversary in style by showing how far they’ve come.

You’ll see glimpses of all the games they’ve made, including a special ending scene featuring Kos-Mos from Xenogears and the main characters from the Xenoblade Chronicles saga, including Elma from Xenoblade Chronicles X! Seriously, this is a nice pick-me-up for the day, so check it out below:

Monolith Soft released a 25th anniversary video along with a message from Representative Director Hirohide Sugiura:

Monolith Soft is pleased to announce its 25th anniversary.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who have played and enjoyed the games we… pic.twitter.com/1TvhkvFspt
