Disney may be in a “unique position” right now with some of the things it’s doing behind-the-scenes, but when you look at the animated movies they’ve made, you can still see the “charm” and wonder that made people support the House of Mouse for decades on end. Moana 2 may have started out as a TV series sequel to the hit film (that I truly enjoyed), but now it’ll be a full-length feature film, and a new “Special Look” trailer is here to highlight the adventures to come.
For example, Moana has a little sister, and her people are embracing their seafaring nature more than ever. However, when she finds a relic that leads to a “cursed island,” Moana must raise a new crew, reconnect with Maui, and find out how to connect the ocean tribes like never before! Moana 2 looks to bring more gods, monsters, and visual wonders to viewers, which makes it a must-watch in my book.
