Banjo-Tooie Announced For Nintendo Switch Online

By Todd BlackOctober 17, 2024
Banjo-Tooie, Nintendo Switch Online

While the Nintendo Switch Online service isn’t the best, and not many have gotten the Expansion Pack because of the price point and the lackluster amount of games upon it, it does have certain titles that nostalgic people will want to get. Another example of this has been revealed, as Banjo-Tooie is coming to the service next week. This is the sequel to the classic platformer from Rare that released on the Nintendo 64. Due to certain rights issues, it’s never been ported anywhere, thus, you can honestly only play it on this service when it releases next week.

As the trailer shows, it’s everything you remember about the game, just in a new place. That also means that both titles in the series (no one counts Nuts & Bolts) are on Nintendo Switch Online! Lucky us!

Check out the Banjo-Tooie trailer below, and get the game when it arrives on October 25th.
