DeathSprint 66 is shaping up to be the ultimate fast-paced, arcade-style PVP racing game, blending the best elements of Super Mario Kart, F-Zero, and Wipeout. After experiencing a thrilling hands-on session at Summer Game Fest 2024, it’s clear this game is set to make waves. Now, Sumo Digital, the minds behind DeathSprint 66, is offering a chance to get in on the action early with a Technical Playtest.

To be among the first to race in DeathSprint 66, simply visit the Steam page and hit the “Request Access” button.

In DeathSprint 66, players will face off against up to seven opponents, whether human or AI, in a race to secure victory and more importantly, avoid dying as much as possible. Navigate through treacherous tracks filled with deadly traps, challenging obstacles, and strategic power-ups, all while dealing with rivals eager to knock you out of the race. While the intense competition might seem daunting, DeathSprint 66 promises an exhilarating and accessible arcade racing experience that could quickly become a fan favorite, reflecting Sumo Digital’s ambitious vision.

Though DeathSprint 66 does not have a confirmed release date yet, Sumo Digital is aiming for a launch later in 2024.
