Ubisoft’s Upcoming PVP Shooter XDefiant PC Specs Detailed

Ahead of the release of Ubisoft’s upcoming free-to-play PVP shooter, XDefiant (formerly known as Tom Clancy’s XDefiant), the PC specs you’ll need to be able to play the title have been released.

These PC requirements start at minimum, all the way to ultra, where you’ll be in 4K territory. The latter is odd since this is a PVP title and the last thing people who these types worry about is playing at 4K and lower frame rates. Still, the options are there and not as taxing as many titles that offer 4K. As for the other PC requirements, they’re quite tame, and any PC built within the past 6-7 years should be at least able to play at minimum and recommended.

XDefiant features DX11 and DX12, uncapped frame rate support, widescreen support, and NVIDIA Reflex support for low latency gameplay if you have a GPU that supports it. It’s good to see there’s more widescreen support, as shooters greatly benefit from that. However, there’s no mention of Nvidia DLSS/DLSS or AMD’s FSR support, at least not for now.
