Pokemon Scarlet and Violet “The Teal Mask” Is DLC Out Now

By Todd BlackSeptember 13, 2023
Pokemon Presents, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Last year, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet was released on Nintendo Switch and set a record for the biggest Nintendo software launch ever. Fast forward to now, and the first DLC of their “The Hidden Area of Area Zero” content has come out to continue trainers’ journeys through the Pokemon world. The two-part DLC will take you to two new areas with loads of new things to do and Pokemon to catch. Part one, “The Teal Mask,” will take you to the town of Kitakami. There, you’ll take part in a festival honoring Pokemon who helped save the people from an “Ogre.”

To show off the new content, a special launch trailer for The Teal Mask has been dropped on Twitter. You can check it out below. Part two of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC, “The Indigo Disk,” is set for release this winter.

Continue your #PokemonScarletViolet adventure and go beyond the Paldea region while on a school trip to Kitakami!
