Boss Fight Guide: Lies of P Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood

By Keith MitchellSeptember 15, 2023
Lies of P - Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood Boss Fight-

The List of P Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood Boss Fight initially seems impossible, as it pits you up against four opponents, mainly two at a time, and if you’re really unlucky, three. However, this fight is easier than it seems, if you’re prepared that is. In this Lies of P boss fight guide, we’re going to tell you how exactly to get past this fight with just a few scratches.

Ok, how do I defeat this Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood?

Lies of P - Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood Boss Fight-02

The key to this fight is taking down the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood, thus the name of the battle. However, three other characters will make their way into the fight. I found it is best to summon the specter and hope that he can keep the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood busy while you tend to the other gang members. While dealing with the other members, try to get some hits on the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. It’s helpful if you can cause him to crumble; that way, you can get in a fatal attack.

Be sure to move your fight against the other members to the opposite location of the Eldest, as he does some potent attacks. I also brought in as many throwables as I could. Fire (really effective), shocks, acid, everything. Toss them all. I use this tactic since once the Eldest is down, the fight is over.  It doesn’t even matter if other enemies are up, the fight ends.

If your specter dies, that’s fine, as the Eldest will leave you alone and watch you fight the other members, but occasionally, he’ll charge toward you. Be sure to keep an eye on him.

Making sense of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood fight

At the start, the youngest and quickest will join in. She’s quite a pain as she constantly hops away from you. Simply do your best to close the gap and do damage to her. Once you’ve done enough damage, she’ll leave. This is when another one will join in, and he’s not as much of a pain. Wielding a spear, I found he tries to do slow but damaging attacks, which leaves him open to a backstab. Do the same here as the first pain in the neck, and you’ll soon be rid of him.

Finally, the last member will join in, and he’s a handful. He’s fast; he has a grapple that pulls you back to him, but his attacks aren’t that powerful.  Just approach him like any other enemy, dodging, blocking, or parrying his hits. While doing this, ensure you’re getting in some hits on the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. It’s helpful if you can cause him to crumble; that way, you can get in a fatal attack.

If you manage to get rid of the gang before taking down the Eldest, it’s just you and him. His attack pattern doesn’t change, but he’s still fast and powerful. Try to get in some quick hits and get out. Unless you’re confident you can parry the hits, blocking and dodging is your best bet here. I won’t try to parry unless you are confident you can pull it off, otherwise, you’re going to take some hefty damage.

Eventually, you’ll take him down, but again, bring throwables, which make the fight much easier. And if you haven’t been using them until this fight, you should have acquired lots of them by then. Or hit up the vendor that is in the bar room, which is close to where you’ll engage in this fight. Tossing consumables REALLY makes this fight super easy.

You can see how I managed to get past this fight by watching the video below.

Hopefully, this guide helps you get past this pain in the neck, and be sure to come back for more Lies of P guides.
