New Summer Game Fest Details Revealed

By Scott AdamsMay 22, 2023
Summer Game Fest Geoff Keighly Event

Summer Game Fest is getting closer and closer so it was only a matter of time until we got more details for it. Summer Game Fest is scheduled to be at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles on June 8th, 2023. Epic Games unveiled some of the stats from Geoff Keighly on their website. The important details are interesting that we got from this article.

First and Foremost, the Summer Game Fest will have a run time of two hours which will mainly just be announcements and trailers of upcoming video games. Even though there are two hours of game news to be unveiled at this event, it is noted that there are usually one or two titles that make the entire show for people. The big one in recent memory for Geoff Keighly is the 2021 gameplay trailer of Elden Ring.

When asked about it, Keighly doesn’t know out of all the games that will be there, which one will be the entire show in that same regard. Keighly however, did note that “Three or four things will be pretty big for this audience”.

I do wonder what those three or four things will be and I do hope we see more titles we haven’t heard from in a while like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Perfect Dark, and other games we know are in development. Until then, we at least have the PlayStation Showcase coming up shortly.

Summer Game Fest will be held on June 8th, 2023. We will be watching online and we hope to see you read more of our coverage of this event.
