Tales Of Symphonia Remastered Gets Upgrade Details!

By Todd BlackSeptember 17, 2022
Tales Of Symphonia Remastered

Tales Of Symphonia is widely hailed as one of the best RPGS ever made, and definitely one of, if not the, best game from the Tales franchise in general. It turned a lot of heads when it came out on the Gamecube years ago. Now, thanks to the reveal at the recent Nintendo Direct, we know that Tales Of Symphonia Remastered is coming to the Nintendo Switch! Which is great because many have not gotten to play this beloved title. But, there have been questions about what has exactly been “remastered” in it.

Now, there have been some criticisms on it and whether it’s actually a “downgrade” of the title. The team addressed this and noted that while Tales Of Symphonia Remastered is BASED on the PS3 version of the title, things have been improved upon from that. This includes the character and world looks, improving how the game plays, the frame rates of certain special abilities, how you traverse the ocean part of the game and more.

There will even be a “Skip” function that’ll allow you to pass through certain cutscenes if you wanted.

The release date for the game has not been given outside of “early 2023”, but still, that’s enough to be hopeful for when the game arrives.
