Live A Live Crosses 500K Sold

Live A Live Review

One of the things that can’t be denied about really good remakes is that when they hit, they really hit. You know that many people felt this way about Final Fantasy VII Remake, and for Nintendo, they decided to give the remake treatment to a JRPG that never came out of Japan in the 90s. Live A Live was a title ahead of its time in many ways, but because of the new 2.D HD style, it was about to come alive once again to show off what it could truly be. Add to that so modern improvements like full voice acting and it was setup to be successful.

Sure enough, it was, as a tweet revealed that it’s sold over 500,000 copies so far. Which for a remake of a game that not many played? That’s pretty good.

Live A Live Producer @Takashi_Tokita has announced in a livestream that Live A Live has reached 500k units shipped + digital sales worldwide! #LiveALivehttps://t.co/fANUG7N7sI pic.twitter.com/r8n3COIcWC
