Finding the Grave of Master Argus in Shovel Knight Dig

In Shovel Knight Dig, you’ll be told by a random NPC that saw a grave of another Shovel Blademaster and asks if you are related. However, this NPC never tells you where to this grave. Thankfully, it’s pretty simple toIt’sact, it’s right at the starting area.

If you head to the left of the massive hole in the ground and where most of the game takes place, you’ll run into several NPCs. The more you return to the surface from adventuring, the more NPCs appear.

Once you’re in this area, there’s a ledge you can jump up on. So, go ahead and jump up on it. Now that you’re on that ledge start digging. Once you do this, you’ll uncover the grave of Master Argus.

Since you’ve disturbed this rest, he will notice that you also carry a Shovel Blade and will tell you to see his spirit below so that he can impart some techniques to you. We’ll talk about this in another guide.

However, if you speak to him again, he’ll give you several seemingly impossible tests. If you pass any of those tests, he’ll provide you with something special. These tests aren’t very easy to complete, so I’d wait until you have some more experience with Shovel Knight Dig before you attempt these tests.

Seriously, these tests are hard. Especially the “Challenge the Omega Saw to a 60 Second Stand-off.” As it can kill you in one hit.
