Nintendo Direct Mini – Partner’s Showcase – Reveals Persona 5, Nier Automata, and More!

By Todd BlackJune 28, 2022
Nintendo Direct Mini

When fans heard that a Nintendo Direct Mini was happening and not a full on Nintendo Direct, many were…upset. The only thing that could’ve helped things out though was if the 3rd party selection of titles in the Mini were good. The Partners’ Showcase dropped today and while it wasn’t a home run, it did have a few good hits.

Alongside the titles you’d expect from a Mini like this, there were a couple interesting standouts. Including a Switch version of Nier Automata that’ll feature past released content and some Switch-exclusive outfits, we got confirmation about the release date for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, and much to the joy of fans everywhere (who love the franchise at least), Persona 5 Royal alongside 4 Golden and 3 Portable are coming to the Switch. With 5 Royal arriving on October 21st!
