NIS America announced last year that two of the Legend of Heroes games were going to be released globally, fall of this year. Today they released a trailer on their YouTube channel.
That is right the Legend of Heroes: Trails From Zero received a release date alongside the trailer. It will be released September 27th, 2022 on PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
For those of you who don’t follow these games, Trails From Zero was released in Japan in 2010 on the PlayStation Portable, but never made its way to the rest of the world. In 2020, a team known as “Geofront” released an English fan translation for this game, shortly afterwards NIS America reached out to them to work on the official translation to release.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel’s game quadrilogy put it on the radar for English audiences and made it a popular game series for western JRPG fans.
