Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass Two Revealed, Crossplay Support Incoming

By Keith MitchellMarch 20, 2022
Guilty Gear Strive Seaon Pass 2 announced

During ARCREVO America 2021, Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass 2, and crossplay support for the PS4, PS5, and PC were revealed. Yes, I said crossplay!

Guilty Gear Strive Producer Takeshi Yamanaka was happy to reveal that Guilty Gear Strive is receiving another season pass. Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass 2 will add four more characters, a new music track by Daisuke Ishiwata, new stages, and additional colors.

But the biggest news to me is the reveal of crossplay support! Guilty Gear Strive finally receiving crossplay support will allow PlayStation 4, PlayStation, and PC (Steam) players to finally be able to compete against each other. This will be a welcomed addition as the GGST lobbies have steadily decreased over the past few months. Allowing both platforms to play against each other is a welcomed addition. Though, this really should have been included from the start.

There’s no word on when Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass 2 will be released, but it is currently in development.
