The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is here! And it’s finally time to play Pokemon Legend Arceus!
But first, the guys talk the news! The latest NPD data have come and the Switch is doing REALLY WELL! It’s over 103 million units sold, there are plenty of new titles that are million-sellers, and more! Add to that, Nintendo might be getting into NFTs (much to Will’s chagrin), Triangle Strategy gets a new character trailer, and a new Nintendo Direct may be on the way!
Finally, in the main event, a super-sized “What Have You Been Playing?” is had to talk exclusively about Pokemon Legend Arceus! Todd, Scott, and Tyler talk about their adventures in the Hisui Region and how Arceus might just be the greatest game that Pokemon has produced in a long time!
They discuss things such as their Pokemon teams and how they approach the gameplay, how Pokemon Legend Arceus tells a very different kind of Pokemon story as a whole, the moments that made them go “wow!” as well as what they would like to see improved upon in the sequel if it comes!
