Well, Xbox and Bethesda just put a very nice holiday gift under the tree for everyone awaiting Starfield. According to a new email we just received from Bethesda, Starfield has a release date — and it’s sooner than you think. According to this email, Starfield now has a release date of November 11, 2022. That’s just under a year until the game is released.
The news was also announced via a new video from Bethesda called “Into the Starfield: The Endless Pursuit.” In this video, Director Todd Howard, Studio Director Angela Browder, and Art Director Matt Carofano discuss how Bethesda Game Studios’ ambitions, passions and history have shaped the studio and how they are looking to the future with Starfield .
The game was further along in development than many of us assumed. But wow, I didn’t think it was this far along. Oh, and since this will be an Xbox published title, it will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
