Roundup of Announcements from Netflix Festival Japan 2021

While there were a couple of significant announcements that came from the Netflix Festival Japan, rather than spamming our site with some of the stories which could be told with just a headline, let’s do this Anime & Manga Rapid Pulse style and give you the other announcements that came from this year’s festival!

  • Kakeguri Twins will come to Netflix in August 2022. This is an anime adaptation of the spinoff manga.
  • Aggretsuko Season 4 will make its debut on December 16
  • Tiger & Bunny 2 will make its debut worldwide in April 2022 and will have 25 episodes
  • Seven Deadly Sins will get a 2-part anime film on Netflix at some point in 2022
  • Theme Park Adventure will stream on Netflix worldwide at some point in 2022
  • The Orbital Children has received a release date of January 28
  • Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanzawa and Detective Conan: Zero’s Tea Time will both stream on Netflix at some point in time
  • Vampire in the Garden will debut on Netflix at some point in 2022
  • Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Season 2 will be on Netflix worldwide at some point in 2022
  • Exception will premiere on Netflix worldwide at some point in 2022
  • Thermae Romae Novae will premiere on Netflix worldwide at some point in 2022
  • Yu Yu Hakusho live-action series will be coming to Netflix in December 2023
