The first-ever trailer for River City Girls 2 was shown during TGS2021

During the Tokyo Game Show, 2021 event is the first trailer ever for the upcoming River City Girls 2 was shown.  River City Girls 2 is being developed by both WayForward andArc System Works and was announced in July 2020. Joining the cast of River City Girls 2 is Marian from the Double Dragon series, Provie from River City Underground, and the Dragon Twins from River City Ransom. More on the new characters can be seen here.

There still isn’t a release date for River City Girls 2. However, the game has been announced for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Just don’t expect to play this anytime soon as a release window was revealed with the trailer and this gem won’t be released until 2022.
