Nintendo Switch Owners Can Finally Pair Console With Bluetooth Devices

By Todd BlackSeptember 14, 2021

They say that sometimes it’s the little things that make the big changes, and for Nintendo Switch owners, it’s taken them quite a while to get some of these little changes. And one of the ones that they’ve been asking for a while is to have the console go and sync up with various Bluetooth devices of theirs. Well…now it’s happening.

A new Nintendo Switch update has gone live, and as the official Twitter for Nintendo of America reveals, it’ll indeed let you pair your device.

The latest #NintendoSwitch update is now available, including the ability to pair Bluetooth devices for audio output.

For more information, including restrictions on some features while using Bluetooth Audio, please visit the support page: https://t.co/vzAB6lZTDu pic.twitter.com/6J5xcDl5kU

There are restrictions as the Twitter post notes, but considering how long people have wanted this? They’ll likely accept them just to be able to listen to things their way.
