As we’ve reported multiple times on this website, the Nintendo Switch is one of the best-selling consoles ever, one of the fastest-selling consoles ever, and every month it seems they put up impressive sales numbers to further those boasts. And now, Nintendo has gone and released the sales numbers for the Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite for Q1 of this new fiscal year, and the numbers are impressive.
According to Nintendo, the Switch and Switch Lite have now sold a combined 89 Million Units. Firmly placing it as the 7th best-selling gaming system of all time. Funnily enough, the next marker to beat will be the Wii, which sold over 101 million units in its run. This milestone also puts them over the lifetime sales of both the PS3 AND the Xbox 360.
