Here’s the First Look at Netflix’s ‘Cowboy Bebop’

By Sara Roncero-MenendezAugust 23, 2021

When Netflix first announced it would be adapting the classic anime series, there were worries that they would, to put it nicely, butcher it. But now the first images have been released and well, it’s looking more and more like they might actually be able to pull it off.

Netflix’s new photos show off our three main protagonists: John Cho as Spike Spiegel, Daniella Pineda as Faye Valentine, and Mustafa Shakir as Jet Black. We also see Ein the corgi in one photo, which only adds to the hype. Still, no casting news on Radical Ed, which makes me wonder if they are just forgoing the character. We have set to see any of the other announced cast members, but we do know the show will hit the streaming service on November 19th.

Here are all the photos Netflix has released so far:

A reporter by trade, Sara is a lover of horror, sci-fi, and all things pop culture. From indies to classics to even the strangest schlock, all movies and TV shows are fair game. She believes Batman is the most fascinating superhero, and that Silent Hill is one of the best horror franchises ever made (as long as you don't count the movies). Fun Fact: The only movie Sara will not rewatch is The Room -- once was more than enough.
