Funimation announced that My Hero Academia’s Toru Hagakure is receiving her very own action figure! Yes… Invisible Girl is getting an action figure… sort of.
As you can see, there isn’t even a clear plastic outline of a girl’s body. It’s simply just two gloves and two boots along with a stand for you to pose them on. Surely, something like this shouldn’t be too expensive as it’s just a couple of action figure parts, right?
The suggested retail price is $19.99 but you can pre-order it for just $17.99.
Even at the discounted pre-order price, you’re still paying $18 for four action figure parts and a stand. While I think the price is completely overblown for what you’re getting, I’m sure hardcore fans will shell it out so they can place this on their shelf alongside all of the other figures they’ve collected. Still, you would think for $18, they would have found a way to include her school uniform or something.
