Today during the Square Enix Presents E3 2021 event, the rumored Guardian of the Galaxy game was revealed. A new game that focuses on the comics team of misfits, and one of the favorite Marvel properties. This game is being developed by Eidos Montreal for multiple platforms and will be released this October 26th, 2021.
Judging from the reveal, this game will include a number of licensed songs for Peter Quill and gain to rock out with. The title also features an original story, with players taking the role of Peter Quill. And yes, this will be a single-player experience.
And while this was the first look at Guardians of the Galaxy, Square Enix was keen to show off quite a bit of the game. And from what we’ve seen, this looks like fun and thankfully the comedy that the series is known for has also been captured. I’m hyped for this, that’s for sure.
I’ll be adding this title to my radar, that’s for sure.
