Devolver MAX Pass+ is a 100% free subscription service from Devolver Digital

What exactly is Devolver MAX Pass+?

As a spoof on other gaming subscription services, Devolver Digital has announced Devolver MAX Pass+. Now, before you get all twisted and upset, this new service is a premium gaming service that’s 100% free.

“Devolver MaxPass+ is a groundbreaking new way to keep consumers paying for content under the warm blanket of a subscription service. A no-cost subscription service for top tier consumers that unlocks access to dozens, possibly hundreds of dozens of premium purchases available only to the most important users.”

Now, you’re probably asking what good is a subscription service like this? Well, that’s the entire point. All these awesome games, under one roof, but there really isn’t a subscription service. It’s a joke, a spoof, they’re poking fun at stuff. Just think about it too much, just go with it.

Here’s everything game announced during the 2021 Devolver Digital Livestream

Just like in the Matrix when the bald-headed kid tells Neo that there is no spoon, the same thing applies. There is no subscription service! It’s all fun and games, with the wacky touch of humor that we can always expect from Devolver Digital. What it actually is, is the theme of the 2021 Devolver Digital show and if you haven’t watched it, do so below.

Just remember, it’s not a real service, and just go with the flow.
