Xbox Bethesda June 13 Showcase

Here we go, fellow gamers! The rumors were true, and Xbox and Bethesda will host a live stream on June 13th, 2021, to talk about some exciting gaming news. This event will start at 10 AM PDT / 1 PM EDT, and you’ll be able to watch it on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

According to what we know, this Xbox and Bethesda showcase will focus on previously announced games and a few that haven’t been yet. As for what we can expect, I fully expect Xbox to bombard us with plenty of Halo Infinite info and maybe even a look at the game.

For my fellow racing game fans, this is likely when we’ll get our first announcement of Forza Motorsport 8. The team behind the series, Turn 10, has been quietly working on the title, and there’s no way Xbox will let PlayStation push its latest Gran Turismo game without acknowledging a new Forza title. In addition to this, we may find out more about Avowed, Obsidian’s answer to the Elder Scroll series, Fable (from Playground Games), Hellblade 2, and Perfect Dark.

Bethesda will be busy as well, and while I don’t think we’ll hear or see anything from Starfield… right? Or will we? Or did Xbox sneak in some Starfield info on the sly? Ok, they totally did. Take a look at the planet in the image. It’s the same planet shown in the Starfield logo. I didn’t expect this, but I’m all for this. And if they’re talking Starfield, will they finally 100% confirm if it will be an Xbox / PC exclusive or maybe just a timed-exclusive title.

Xbox teases Starfield

Don’t forget Bethesda also has The Elder Scrolls 6. A title that was announced before the Xbox acquisition, and we haven’t heard anything about it since then. I’m sure Bethesda has a few other tricks up its sleeves, and I’m looking forward to hearing about them.

It’s yet another exciting time to be a gamer, and if you’re like me, you can’t wait for June 13th to get here.
