Capcom has announced via Twitter that the company will host another digital Monster Hunter event later this month. This live stream will be broadcasted on Capcom’s Monster Hunter Twitch channel at 7 AM PDT / 10 AM EDT.

This new event will provide more info on the upcoming update for Monster Hunter Rise and more news on Monster Hunter Stories 2. More specially, we’ll find out more about Monster Hunter Rise Update Ver. 3.0, which will likely add the new ending for the title and an extra chapter. We’ll likely hear more on additional monsters that will be introduced into the game via this update as well. Capcom has been teasing more monsters for a while now and fans of the title have been speculating as to which ones will make it into the game. Or Capcom could surprise us all and toss in new monsters that we haven’t seen before.

I can’t wait for this event.

As for the update, Capcom has also hinted that Switch owners will need an additional 1.4GB to install this update if you’ve already installed the prior update. If not, the update will 3GB.

Monster Hunter Rise is currently available for the Nintendo Switch. While Monster Hunter Stories 2 will release for both the Nintendo Switch and PC on July 9th, 2021.

Monster Hunter Digital Event – May 2021 is fast approaching!

Tune in for details on #MHRise Update Ver. 3.0 and the latest news on #MHStories2.
