24 Minutes Of Days Gone PC Gameplay

By Keith MitchellMay 13, 2021
Days Gone PC gameplay

Check out the first 24 minutes of gameplay from the upcoming Days Gone on PC, in 4K. The once exclusive PlayStation 4 title heads to the PC on May 18th, 2021, and from what we’ve played so far, the port is fairly decent. That said, Days Gone does not feature Nvidia’s DLSS – much to my disappointment. The game does include several graphical options to tweak, ultrawide support, and unlocked framerates. There’s even a FOV slider that goes up to 100.

For those wondering, the game plays well keyboard & mouse, or you can just plug in a controller and enjoy the game. Both control methods work well. For you keyboard warriors, key bindings customizable and you can even disable mouse smoothing. There’s even HDR support where you can control the brightness; however, for this video, we disabled it as I was having issues with Windows and HDR.

There’s so much more to say, but for now, we’ll have to wait for our full impressions to drop later next week. PC used for this gameplay includes an AMD Ryzen 5600x, Nvidia RTX 2080 TI, 32GB DDR, and Windows 10 Pro.

Watch the first 24 minutes of Days Gone below.

Be sure to check back on May 18th, 2021, for our impressions of the game. But from what I’ve played so far, the port plays exceptionally well – on the hardware we’re running it on, that is.
