Tokyo Revengers is one of the new anime shows airing during the Spring 2021 season on Crunchyroll; however, in addition to a tv anime adaptation, the series is also receiving a live-action movie!
The official website for the live-action film adaptation posted a 90-second trailer for the film which takes a look at the movie’s main cast of characters as well as a preview of the movie’s theme song “Namae wo Yobu yo” (I Call Your Name) by SUPER BEAVER.
The movie is set to premiere in Japanese theaters on July 9. This was pushed back from its original intended release date of October 9, 2020; however, it had to be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
