Extended Look at Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury Gameplay and More

By Keith MitchellJanuary 13, 2021
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, Bowser's Fury

Yesterday, Nintendo finally gave the world a look at the upcoming Super Mario 3d World + Bowser’s Fury. Today, the company has released an overview of what we can expect in the upcoming title, and I have to admit that the game is looking to 1Up the original game from the Nintendo Wii U. It also doesn’t hurt that this is the best 3D Super Mario title, and I’ll fight you over that.

In this new video, we’re shown a nice bit of gameplay. The new snapshot photo mode lets us take in-game pics, online and co-op modes, and confirmation of a playable Bowser Jr. Yep, you heard me, Bowser Jr. is playable but only for a secondary player.

This video clocks in at 7-minutes; it’s like a Nintendo Mini-direct. I was already hyped to replay this game since it has been confined on the Wii U, and I got rid of mine a long time ago, so it’s kind of impossible to replay it. With this trailer’s release, I can’t wait to dive back into the game.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury releases on February 12th, 2021, on the Nintendo Switch.
