Blizzard Entertainment stated that there would be a mini expansion set between the release of Madness at the Darkmoon Faire and the first expansion of 2021. With the first expansion of 2021, typically, due out in April, many were wondering where the mini expansion was that Blizzard has promised.
We no longer have to wonder because that expansion has been announced and it is called Darkmoon Races!
It will feature 35 new cards (66 if you count tokens and other generated cards) and returning mechanics from The Year of the Phoenix.
To acquire the cards, you can either open up Madness at the Darkmoon Faire packs, or flat out purchase all 35 cards for either $14,99 or 2,000 in-game gold!
There will be a new card revealed every hour leading up to the release date which is January 21!
