Okami HD On Switch Outsold All Other Platforms

Okami from Capcom is one of those rare games that everyone just seems to love. It was a critical and financial hit and was nominated for Game of the Year by many. Capcom loved its success so much that they made Okami HD, an upgraded version of their game and spread it around to as many consoles as they could.

And now, one source from Resetera has revealed that Okami HD not only had some really good sales, but it sold the best on the Nintendo Switch. Here are the numbers:

Switch – 600,000
PC – 536,000
PS3 – 529,000
PS4 – 445,000
Xbox One – 121,000

Yeah, that is surprising. Especially when you consider that the Switch port only came AFTER all the others and yet it still beat them handily.

This further shows that certain third-party titles are going to do better on the Switch. And that says nothing of the indie games that have boomed in sales because of Switch.
