The Medium pushed back to early 2021

By Poch SaldanaNovember 6, 2020

Bloober Team has just announced that their newest horror project has been delayed to January 28, 2021. Their official statement can be found below.

The Polish studio cites COVID complications and ‘the current schedule of other games on the market’ as their mains reason for the setback. Originally planned for a December 10 release, The Medium was one of the few marquee titles to release near the launch of the Xbox Series consoles but now early adopters will have to wait just a bit longer. The game’s delay may have been a response to Cyberpunk 2077, arguably the most anticipated game of the year, releasing on the same day; the team probably wants to avoid the open-world adventure since it most likely would have overshadowed their own release.

Big fan of games, writing, and writing about games! Two things Poch will always stand by--the Vita was ahead of its time and the world is a better place with a new Rhythm Heaven on the horizon.
