Nintendo Highlights Urbosa In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity

By William "Shadowz" KokNovember 9, 2020

As we approach the release of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Nintendo is showing off the current playable characters for the game. Starting with one of the four champions, Gerudo, Urbosa.

Gerudo specializes in using lightning and quick moves in her move set. We have seen how all characters have a unique action that is specific to the character. For her, it is by charging up lightning, which strengthens her attacks. If properly timed, it can be charged quicker. Once full, it can be unleashed to take out many enemies at once.  Also shown off a bit in the demo is her signature art of Urbosa’s Fury. So if you wish grace, speed, and shocking results, Urbosa is the Champion to use.

Use Urbosa’s unique ability by pressing the ZR button to charge up her lightning! If you time it just right at the end of certain attacks, you’ll quickly charge her lightning faster than usual. #HyruleWarriors #Zelda pic.twitter.com/FogsRQzYCR

The Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Demo is currently available for play. Progress in the demo carries over to the main game. Read our impressions of how we like the demo and how our own chief editor is excited about this next Zelda Musou.

Hyrule Warrior: Age of Calamity will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, this November 20th, 2020.
