Grab a Cab to Bel-Air — ‘Fresh Prince’ Gets a 30th Reunion Special

By Sara Roncero-MenendezNovember 14, 2020

Prepare to feel old and also all of the feelings. Will Smith has released a trailer for a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunion special on HBO Max, bringing back the whole cast on the iconic set:

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Reunion brings together the original cast of Will Smith, Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Joseph Marcell, Daphne Maxwell Reid, Alfonso Ribeiro and DJ Jazzy Jeff, and even Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Viv. The cast will share thoughts and feelings about their time on the show, behind the scenes clips, and all of them hanging out on the iconic living room set. They will also share memories about actor James Avery, who played Uncle Phil, who passed away before the special was made. This is definitely a must-watch for any 90s kid, or anyone who just loves great television.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Reunion airs on HBO Max on November 19, 2020.

A reporter by trade, Sara is a lover of horror, sci-fi, and all things pop culture. From indies to classics to even the strangest schlock, all movies and TV shows are fair game. She believes Batman is the most fascinating superhero, and that Silent Hill is one of the best horror franchises ever made (as long as you don't count the movies). Fun Fact: The only movie Sara will not rewatch is The Room -- once was more than enough.
