Singular Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons To Go On Sale In November!

By Todd BlackOctober 23, 2020

The Nintendo Switch has been doing a LOT right during its time in the world. It’s dominated sales charts, brought in plenty of hit games for both 1st and 3rd parties, and so on and so forth. However, there has been one very common denominator in terms of what it’s done wrong…the Joy-Cons.

Now, to be clear, they are effective controllers despite first appearances and their versatility has been appreciated by many. However, the infamous Joy-Con Drift has caused many to get mad at Nintendo and either replace BOTH their Joy-Cons or send their entire Switch into Nintendo to get fixed. It’s been an ongoing problem.

But now, Nintendo is offering a more simple solution to this problem:

Starting on 11/9, single #NintendoSwitch Joy-Con controllers will be available for purchase for $39.99. Choose from the left Joy-Con controller in Neon Blue, and the right Joy-Con controller in Neon Red. pic.twitter.com/wXW8BEssS7

Granted, you’ll have to spend money on this problem, but it would be a quicker fix than having Nintendo remedy the situation or you having to replace both Joy-Cons when only one is busted! So if you’re having this problem, just hold on a little bit longer, help is on the way!
