Persona 5 Scramble Western Localization Omitted in Recent Koei Tecmo Reports

Where is Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers?

A while back in a previous report, it was hinted that Persona 5 Strikers was hinted to be slated for a Western release. However in the recent financial report, the title seems to be omitted in any connection to a Western release, asides from the Asia release back in June 2020.

In the financial report, it states that the company gained a general profit of 14% with net profit rose to near 100%. The biggest title sales is due to the recent Fairy Tale game, which sold at 310,000 copies as well as an Otome game released only in Japan.

Instead of Person 5 Scramble, the report however focused on the upcoming Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Atelier Ryza 2 and other titles that is scheduled to March 2021.

Fans can’t help but wonder what has happen to the game. Is it still being set for western release? Was it cancelled by Koei Tecmo because of low sale back in Japan? Did they not want to bring this title over? So many questions are asked because of this omission. Here is hoping that it still slated for Western release, because we need more Persona love on the Switch.

Persona 5 Scramble : The Phantom Striker is available on PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan. No news yet in regards to a Western release.
