Anime Fund is coming soon, but what exactly is it?
Anime Fund is a crowdfunding site with the specific goal of funding anime productions. Based in the Chiba prefecture of Japan, the company is looking to provide a brand-new avenue for anime fans to support anime projects in addition to providing a promotional platform for anime studios.
Some of those promotional services include promotional material, videos, and messaging alerts for crowdfunding projects. Similar to crowdfunding sites that we know today, Anime Fund will also provide rewards for various backing levels. Right now, some of those rewards include your name in the credits of a show, merchandise, or even key frames from the anime itself!
The company is looking to launch November 3.
