Yangyang Mobile announced that their coming-of-age yuri Visual Novel, Perfect Gold, has launched a demo version on Steam!
Perfect Gold launched a Kickstarter campaign on September 8 and reached its goal with 48 hours! As of the time of this writing, it is nearing its first stretch goal!
Yangyang Mobile describes the visual novel as follows:
Perfect Gold is a coming-of-age yuri visual novel about Marion LaRue and Audrey Clary, two former friends who escape detention together. As they explore the magical city of Castlecoast and make their way to the Sunflower Festival, the two girls get a second chance at love and friendship. As the reader, your choices affect the outcome of Audrey and Marion’s day together.
The campaign’s goal is to fund the game’s development and its many features such as animated character sprites, backgrounds, CG illustrations, along with full English voice acting. To its backers, the campaign offers rewards such as digital artbooks, recorded thank you messages from the game’s VOs, and physical merchandise such as keychains.
As of now, the price for the game is set to $10 USD; however, Kickstarter backers get a 10% discount.
The game will feature a “women who love women” story, 2 playable characters, vibrant visuals, interactive dialogue choices, fully voiced characters, and an original soundtrack.
