Umbrella Academy Season 2 Gets First Trailer

By Todd BlackJuly 8, 2020

There are a LOT of superhero series out there in the world today, but few are as special and unique as the one that came out last year via The Umbrella Academy, the hit show based on the hit Dark Horse comic from Gerald Way. Well, it’s been a while, but now we can show you the first true trailer for Umbrella Academy Season 2.

If you recall, at the end of Season 1 the team was able to stop Vayna from unleashing her true powers, but it came at a cost of the end of the world. So to try and prevent it, they went back in time to try and fix it. But…as the trailer showed…things didn’t go quite as planned and now they’re back in 1963…and the world is going to end in 10 days.

Because of course it is.

as you can see there’s a LOT going on in that trailer, including several new characters, the rise of the true heads of The Commission, time-traveling shenanigans, Klause has a cult (because of course he does) and so much more.

How this is all going to play out is anyone’s guess, and that’s what makes this so exciting, and we’ll review The Umbrella Academy Season 2 when it arrives on Netflix on July 31st.
