We stand with the family of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter Movement

As a gaming and geek culture website that is comprised of all races and genders, we are devastated by the recent events that have transpired over the past week. We offer our condolences to not only the family of George Floyd but also countless others in the Black community that has been affected by incidents like it.

Gaming is very near and dear to many of us here, as a way to escape the realism of everyday life. That said, we recognize that it would be irresponsible of us to not acknowledge the horrific acts of systemic racism that have been an ongoing issue in this country. There is no place for it — not then, not now, not ever. We stand with everyone who is tired, frustrated, and has had enough of systematic racism in this country.

While we are but a singular voice in this ongoing conversation. The more of us there are, the louder we’ll become! So please join us, and others around the nation and world as we voice our support!

We will not forget George Floyd, BreonnaTaylor, Ahmaud Arbery, David McAtee, and countless others who have gone undocumented.

Lastly, while have donated $50 to both the following donation funds below.  If you’d like to help by donation, you can do so at any of the following organizations and Gofundme campaigns here or to the ones we have listed.

Official Geroge Floyd Memorial Fund
Black Lives Matter – Los Angeles Donation Fund

– Thank You from The Outerhaven Team.
